Thanks for the check-in and the reminder, glad I stopped by here tonight. No game. I dropped the ball on prep-work, though the Juicer rules have been updated appropriately. Instead of writing up NPCs and plot, I've been thinking about mutant platypus and the potential for other prehistoric throwbacks from Lone Star (mutant dire wolf, mutant dinosaur-family, mutant shark...), and prestige-class versions of the various flavors of Juicer.
Expect to spend next week dealing with the Coalition Navy's loss of a frigate, but in the meantime, since I lost track of what I was doing, free night off.

Colin's got personal issues that will likely keep him Friday. Until he says otherwise, game is on hiatus. That might well only be next week, he doesn't know.

To confirm, no game Friday. I've been in Austin since Sunday; they had to medevac my daughter here for surgery to drain fluid out of her chest cavity inside and around her left lung. She's doing okay, though sedated. I on the other hand am most likely going to come back to Austin soon as I finish work Friday, so no game.

Good news/bad news.
Good news, Lily's home and my weekends are likely to resemble their normal selves for the foreseeable future.
Bad news, I've completely lost the thread of what we were doing. If we're still up for Friday meetings, I'd like to discuss this further. I may propose a d6 Star Wars game as the alternative.

I'll be a little late tonight, and I can't even give a good definition for "a little late." My mother's in town, and she's buying dinner, so I can't complain too much. If I wasn't slightly starved for gaming company, I'd probably cancel, but instead I'm going to ask you guys to indulge me in my lateness.
