For those that are interested, Herb & I are starting up a new site called Brazos Valley Gamers.  http://brazosvalleygamers.org

It is geared towards all the non-student gamers around town, but is not exclusive just to them.  With this being the board of The Gaming Club of Texas A&M, it has been my experience that many of the non-student gamers in the area do not use it because it belongs to a student club.  With BVG, we are hoping to get past that and attract a wider audience.  Also we are doing a little experiment and adding what is essentially a community blog.

Is BVG replacing this site?  No.  This is the Gaming Club's board and as long as there is a club, there will be a Gaming Club board.

We are just filling what we believe to be a void and in the process hopefully meet up with many more gamers than we currently do.

Thanks,
Charles

Charles,

We are in the process of opening a new Hobby and Game store in College Station, TX.  It is a HobbyTown USA franchise.  We look forward to serving you and the gaming community any way we can.  If you need anything, please do not hesitate to ask.  We can't promise that we will be able to do everything requested while we start-up, but we do promise to listen to every request and do what we can as we grow.

Holler if you have any questions.

Another new store, eh?  Interesting, where are you planning to open up?

Back on topic, I'll definitely check out the new site!  I know of quite a few games that go on in town that aren't tied to the Gaming Club, but hopefully we can get more communication going, with this broader 'umbrella'.

We will be in the Central Station shopping center next to Kohl's on Texas Ave.  Hope to be open mid fall.
